5000 people attended the largest anti-ISA meet ever, in enang Chinese Assembly Hall on Saturday 19th April.

Penang’s Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng was the main speaker, and he himself was an ISA detainee in 1989. He told the crowd that the struggle against ISA now has the full backing of 5 state governments!
Among the panel speaker are Deputy CM II P. Ramasamy, GMI chairperson Syed Ibrahim, rights activist-lawyer Latheefa Koya and the mother of one of the HINDRAF 5.
